Come to our studio and we’ll discuss your ideal body along with your background on health and exercise. Find out not only your body weight and BMI, but your body fat %, muscle mass, water content and more with a body composition analysis. Based on this info, we’ll decide on an optimal workout and nutrition plan customized just for you.

Training Session

Depending on your plan, you’ll get 2 -3 days of 50 min. one-on-one training sessions per week in our studio. You’ll be meeting with the same dedicated trainer who will start every session by checking your body stats to make sure you’re on the right track. The number of sets and reps, one-rep max, resting time in between intervals — everything gets adjusted to the optimal level for your body on that day. Your trainer pays attention to every single detail, from proper form to your emotional ups and downs. Because when devoted to results to the level that we are, those details matter.

Staying consistent is hard. That’s why accountability is key. You’ll send daily photos of everything you’ve eaten via SMS and receive nutritional advice from your trainer. Feeling low on energy?
